Kirstin Gillon

Kirstin Gillon is a Senior Policy Manager at Ofcom since February 2022, working on various policy projects within the Network and Communications group. Previously, Kirstin served as Technical Manager for the IT Faculty at ICAEW from June 2006 to January 2022, where responsibilities included thought leadership on technology, stakeholder engagement, and establishing the IT thought leadership program. Notable achievements during this tenure included leading a joint research project with Chinese partners and positioning ICAEW as a leader in artificial intelligence's impact on accountancy. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing IT engagements during M&A activities, and Project Manager/Business Analyst at IBM United Kingdom Ltd. Kirstin holds an LLM in International Law from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Edinburgh.
