Kelly Goforth has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Kelly started their career at Mondelēz International in 2000 as a Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing a team of power plant mechanics. Kelly then moved on to roles such as Content Management Analyst, Business Unit Leader, Project Lead, Business Unit Manager, and Plant Manager, where they handled responsibilities ranging from establishing naming conventions for spare parts to managing production lines and coordinating outsourcing activities. In 2014, Kelly became an Operations Manager and later a Supply Chain Reinvention Director at Mondelēz International. In 2017, they transitioned to OFD Foods, LLC as the Director of Manufacturing, responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations in four plants and supporting multiple business segments. In November 2020, they were promoted to the position of Vice President Operations at OFD Foods, LLC. Throughout their career, Kelly has gained vast experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and operations.
Kelly Goforth received their MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Before entering college, Kelly attended Menomonie High School.
