Perry Guerard

Perry Guerard is an experienced retail and sales professional with a diverse background in management and training. Currently serving as a Store Manager at Rooms To Go since September 2022, Perry has also held various roles at OFF LEASE ONLY since June 2015, including Sales Manager and Internet Sales Manager. As the Founder and Sales Manager Trainer at Leaders in Sales & Training Management in the Orlando, Florida area since 2014, responsibilities include attending networking events, researching industry leaders, tracking trends, and participating in industry discussions. Previously, Perry spent over a decade at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Finance/Sales Manager, focusing on coaching sales teams and hiring professionals. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at America's Golf Clearance Outlet, overseeing three locations and opening two stores. Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1988 and 2003.
