Matt Attaway

Matt Attaway has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Matt started their career as an Engineering Intern and Software Engineer at Perforce Software, where they later became the QA Manager, implementing Agile testing practices and introducing test tools to improve testing visibility. Matt then served as the Director of Community Development and later as the Director of Hosted Services and Community Development, where they managed internal and contractor teams to build a SaaS version of their software. From there, Matt worked at Digital Domain 3.0 as the Director of Engineering, VR Platform & Apps, where they built and managed a team to create VR experiences. Matt then moved to OTG Group as the Head of Software Engineering, overseeing in-house software development and managing multiple systems and APIs. After that, they joined Fauna Inc. as the VP of Engineering, scaling the team and processes for their flagship product. Their most recent role was as the Chief Technology Officer at Off the Grid, where they led technology services, managed product vision for B2B web apps, and reworked the marketing tech stack. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated leadership, process improvement, and technical expertise.

Matt Attaway attended The Art Institutes from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Visual and Game Programming. After their time at The Art Institutes, Matt pursued further education at the University of California, Davis, specializing in Ag Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Math.
