Ryan De Souza

Ryan De Souza has a diverse work experience in various industries.

Ryan started their career as a Brand Ambassador at Grab in 2017.

In 2018, they worked as a Director at Hinex Maintenance Services Pte Ltd until 2019.

During their time at Shopee in 2019, they served as a Business Development Intern.

From 2020 to 2021, Ryan worked as an Investor Relations for NUS Angel Ventures (NAV) and as an Investment Analyst at Scrum Ventures.

In 2021, they joined StraitsX as a Sales Associate and later became an Assistant Manager in Business Development.

Ryan also worked as a Writer at The FinTech Pulse, where they shared their perspective on FinTech and Web3.

In 2022, they became a Co-founder and Ecosystem Lead at Stablecoin Standard, where they focused on increasing institutional adoption of stablecoins.

Currently, Ryan is an Associate Partnerships Manager (APAC) at Offchain Labs, where they are responsible for managing partnerships.

Ryan De Souza attended the National University of Singapore from 2017 to 2021, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2020, they also participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program in Silicon Valley, Batch 37. Additionally, Ryan has obtained certifications in Coding Basics from Rocket Academy in April 2022 and in Venture Deals from Techstars in 2020. Ryan has also completed courses in Intermediate Python for Data Science and Python Data Science Toolbox from DataCamp.
