Jimmy Nguyen

Jimmy Nguyen is an experienced data professional with a robust background in data engineering and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Data Engineer II at OfferUp, Jimmy has led significant projects such as the migration of data warehouses from Snowflake to Google BigQuery and the transition of dashboards from Looker to Tableau. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at Expeditors, where efficiencies were enhanced by designing ETL jobs and automating reports, and as a Data Analyst Intern at CHI Franciscan Health, focused on predictive modeling for surgical volume. Additional contributions at Microsoft and Seattle Children's involved creating optimized SQL databases, enhancing reporting processes, and launching patient portals. Jimmy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics and Health Information Management and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Washington.
