Max Sitcov

Max Sitcov is a Senior Corporate Counsel at OfferUp, a role held since April 2018, where collaboration occurs with various teams including sales, product, marketing, and business development. Prior to OfferUp, Max served as Corporate Counsel at Focal PLLC from October 2016 to April 2018, supporting the litigation team with intellectual property and commercial disputes. Earlier experience includes a Legal Intern position at Avalara and the Seattle City Attorney's Office. Max earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
