Felipe Lima has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Felipe is currently working at Offerwise as the Data and Market Intelligence Director. Prior to this, they worked at Ambev as the Data Consumer Insights Manager, where they designed and built a survey tool, conducted consumer insights production, and delivered presentations to higher management. Felipe also worked at Facebook as a Senior Research Analyst, where they coordinated consumer insights, mediated communication with research institutes, and led a data analyst team. Before that, they were a Senior Research Analyst at IBOPE Inteligência, where they planned and coordinated survey projects, supervised researchers, and cultivated client relationships. Felipe also served as the Data and Research Director at Instituto Ver Pesquisa e Comunicação Ltda, where they expanded the company's scope, implemented new survey technologies, and conceptualized electoral campaigns. Felipe worked as a Data and Research Analyst at The Institute for Applied Economic Research (Ipea), compiling campaign finance data, conducting statistical analyses, and publishing academic reviews. Felipe Lima began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from PUC Minas in 2003. Felipe then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from the same institution, which they completed in 2008.
Continuing their academic journey, Felipe enrolled at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and earned a Master's degree in Political Science. Felipe'sMaster's program, which focused on Elections, Quantitative and Qualitative Methods, Public Opinion, and Legislative Studies, lasted from 2010 to 2012.
In 2013, Felipe pursued a Doctorate in Political Science at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. During their doctoral studies, they specialized in Elections, Quantitative and Qualitative Methods, Public Opinion, and Legislative Studies. Felipe'sdoctoral program spanned from 2013 to 2017.
While working on their Doctorate, Felipe was also a Visiting PhD Student at UCLA from 2015 to 2016. Felipe received a Fulbright Scholarship to engage in their studies in Political Science.
After completing their Doctorate, Felipe pursued a Pós-Doc at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, focusing on Political Science, specifically Survey Experiment and Clientelism. This program lasted from 2017 to 2019.
Felipe has also obtained additional certifications. In 2013, they received an edX Honor Code Certificate for Introduction to Statistics: Descriptive Statistics. In 2015, they obtained an edX Honor Code Certificate for The Analytics Edge. Additionally, Felipe completed the DS101X: Statistical Thinking for Data Science and Analytics certification, although specific completion dates are not provided.
