Nicolaas Van Noordwyk

Nicolaas Van Noordwyk is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at OfferZen since April 2022, where oversight of technical vision and strategy for product delivery, platform, and data teams is key. Previously, Nicolaas held roles at OfferZen as an Engineering Manager, focusing on a people-centric approach, and at UNi4 Online as an Architect, leading a team in developing adaptive online learning systems. Prior experience includes a Technical Lead position at Zapper™, where collaboration with product teams on technical specifications enhanced feature implementation, and earlier roles as a Software Developer at Global Kinetic and IQbusiness South Africa, where foundational software development skills were developed. Nicolaas holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from North-West University.
