Steven Daniels

Steven Daniels serves as the Regional Record Manager for the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, overseeing the Western Interior Regions 5 & 7-11 since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of the Interior, where Steven acted as the State Records Administrator for both Alaska and Colorado and worked in various capacities related to records management and government information, including a significant focus on FOIA processes. Steven has extensive training in FOIA and privacy regulations, as well as experience in administrative support and event planning within the U.S. Air Force. Daniels holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Christian University.
