Eunice Gitau

Principal Prosecution Counsel at Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions

Eunice Gitau has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Principal Prosecution Counsel at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) since July 2014, with prior roles as Senior Prosecution Counsel and Prosecution Counsel. Before joining ODPP, Eunice Gitau worked as an Advocate of The High Court of Kenya in a private law practice from December 2011 to July 2014. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) from The Australian National University, a Graduate Diploma in The Law of the Sea from Yeosu Academy of the Law of the Sea, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Moi University. Additional qualifications include a certificate in computer applications from PCEA Molo College of Professional Studies and a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education from Bahati Girls Secondary School.
