Jennifer Olson

Jennifer Olson is an experienced trial attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, where responsibilities include defending the State of Minnesota in employment, torts, and constitutional cases. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a trial attorney at Best & Flanagan, representing individuals and businesses in various legal disputes, including a notable consumer fraud class action. Earlier experience includes successful trial and arbitration work at Stinson Leonard Street LLP, where Jennifer handled complex cases such as employment discrimination and contract disputes, while also providing pro bono services. Jennifer's legal foundation was built through internships with U.S. District Court judges and culminated in a Doctor of Law degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School. A Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science was earned at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
