Donovan Richards

Donovan Richards is currently serving as the Queens Borough President after previously being a City Council Member for the NYC Council. Before their political career, Donovan obtained an Associate's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology.
