Colleen Damrath, Esq., MPA, MSW, serves as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Florida since January 2021, having previously worked as a Certified Legal Intern. Prior to this role, Colleen was a Law Clerk at MARC F. OATES, P.A. from May 2019 to May 2020 and held the position of Program Director at Pressley Ridge from November 2012 to July 2018. Colleen earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Ave Maria School of Law between 2018 and 2021, and holds both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from West Virginia University, obtained in 2011. Colleen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Le Moyne College in 2008.
