Jennifer Higgins has extensive experience in client experience management, currently serving as Vice President of Client Experience at Office Practicum since May 2010. Throughout a progressive career at Office Practicum, Jennifer has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director, Director of Client Support, and Director of Client Solutions and Account Management. Key achievements include managing a team of six, implementing initiatives such as the NPS process and Revenue Cycle Management strategy, and maintaining a client retention rate of 97% year over year. Prior to Office Practicum, Jennifer worked as a Medical Billing and Scheduling Agent at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia and as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Caremark Corporation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Temple University and is Miller Heiman Certified.
