Jessica Felix is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales administration and customer support. Currently serving as a Sales Administrator at Office1 since May 2017, Jessica specializes in processing sales transactions and ensuring the accuracy of order details, including pricing and service agreements. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as an Account Executive at Ricoh USA, Inc. from November 2015 to May 2017, and served as a Center Coordinator for the City of Downey from January 2010 to November 2015. Jessica holds an Associate of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from Cerritos College, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and completed secondary education at El Rancho High School from 2004 to 2008.
