Neil Garver has a wealth of experience in sales and growth roles. Neil began their career in 2006 as the Regional Sales Manager for RSW Group, where they were responsible for directing National Sprint agent distribution and B2B channels within the Southeastern United States & Gulf Coast. Neil earned the Market of the Year - 2008 - Leadership and Sales Results award for the largest growth in results across all key business metrics and revenue drivers in SC/GA District. In 2016, they became the Territory Director of Operations for Aspen Dental, where they were responsible for operations, doctor partnerships, team development, sales, and revenue in Alabama and Mississippi. Neil improved the Balanced Scorecard results from 13th ranked nationally to 3rd YTD and increased EBITDA by 5%. In 2018, they joined Philips as the Sr. Regional Manager - Central Region, Healthcare & Technology, where they were accountable for Oral Healthcare sales growth and development within the Dental Professional channel of Philips North America for the Central United States. Neil established strategically formulated business proposals with four major National DSO Corporate Accounts resulting in 95% sales growth year over year in 2019. Currently, Neil is the Director of Sales and Growth at OFFOR Health, where they motivate, mentors, and leads the inside and outside Sales & Growth team. Neil is also responsible for identifying, recruiting, and building relationships with all Anesthesiologists at SmileMD.
Neil Garver received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington. In December 2017, they obtained The Extraordinary Leader / Coach Influencer Course certification from Zenger Folkman.
