Graham R Skinner Mei Ceng

Graham Skinner MEI CEng is an experienced health and safety professional with a robust background in offshore energy and regulatory functions. Currently serving as the Health and Safety Manager for Offshore Energies UK since January 2023, Graham leads initiatives focused on enhancing safety culture within the sector while supporting energy security and net zero goals. Prior roles include Specialist Inspector for Well Engineering and Operations at the Falkland Islands Government and the Health and Safety Executive, where regulatory oversight of drilling operations and major accident hazard risks was emphasized. Graham's earlier experience includes roles in drilling management and operations with KCA Deutag Drilling Ltd, along with significant involvement in industry initiatives through Aberdeen Young Professionals. Academically, Graham holds an MSc in Drilling & Well Engineering and a 1st Class LLB in Law from Robert Gordon University.
