Suzanne D.

Suzanne D. has a diverse work experience in content design and digital management. Suzanne is currently working as a Senior Content Designer at Ofgem since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Content Designer at the Office for National Statistics from March 2021 to June 2023. Suzanne also worked as a Content Designer for the Welsh Government from December 2018 to March 2021, where they focused on drafting user-centric and factual content for the BETA website project. Suzanne had a brief role as a Content Designer (on loan) at the Cabinet Office from November 2019 to January 2020.

Suzanne has previous experience in web and digital management, having served as the Web and Digital Manager for the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) from April 2013 to November 2018. In this role, they managed the CIW website, developed accessible and on-brand digital content, and implemented the social media strategy. Suzanne also had a digital secondment at No 10 and the Cabinet Office Digi team in 2016, where they worked on developing digital content, including animated gifs and imagery for UK campaigns.

Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked as the E-Communications Manager for the Department for Business, Enterprise, Technology, and Science at the Welsh Government from September 2009 to April 2013. Prior to that, they served as an E-Communications Officer at the Care and Social Services Inspectorate, Wales (CSSIW) from an unknown start date to August 2009, where they managed the CSSIW external website, edited and published web content, and managed the internal intranet site.

Suzanne D. has a diverse education history. Suzanne obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing (PG Dip DigM) from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Swansea Institute of Higher Education from 2001 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Media Production. Before that, Suzanne studied at Staffordshire University from 1999 to 2001 and achieved a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Photography and Media Production.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Suzanne has also obtained two certifications. Suzanne completed the Basic UX certification from Nielsen Norman Group in March 2023 and obtained a certification in The Human Mind and Usability from the same institution in January 2023.
