Candace Smith-Lee is an experienced food scientist specializing in beverage development. Currently, Candace serves as a Senior Food Scientist at Olam since October 2021. Prior to this role, Candace worked at Kerry for over a decade, holding positions as Senior RD&A Beverage Scientist, Beverage Applications Scientist, and Flavorist Trainee, where duties included emulsions and refreshing beverage formulation, flavor creation, and stability study design.
