Candace Smith-Lee

Candace Smith-Lee is an experienced food scientist specializing in beverage development. Currently, Candace serves as a Senior Food Scientist at Olam since October 2021. Prior to this role, Candace worked at Kerry for over a decade, holding positions as Senior RD&A Beverage Scientist, Beverage Applications Scientist, and Flavorist Trainee, where duties included emulsions and refreshing beverage formulation, flavor creation, and stability study design. Earlier experience includes a role as R&D Technologist at Agilex Fragrances, focusing on liquid and dry flavors, emulsions, and extracts compounding. Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Azusa Pacific University and a Bartending/Bartender certification from Elitte Bartending School.
