Jono has held leadership positions at multiple companies, including ofi, TigerCat, Loft Digital, Inkling Communications Ltd, Citizen Relations International, Lucre Social, BBC, HSE Cake, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, and Cake (Havas). At ofi, they served as Vice President & Global Head of Technology for Sustainability, Procurement & Traceability, leading a team of technology managers and working on sustainability sourcing tech solutions. Jono also served as Vice President, Global Head of Technology for Sustainability and Vice President & Global Product/Tech Director for Sustainability Initiatives at ofi. In addition, Jono has experience as Product Director, AtSource & Olam's Digital Footprint Calculator, Group Head of Digital Technology & Innovations, Europe, Director of the Behavioural Insights Unit, and Product Owner, AtSource Portfolio. Prior to their roles at ofi, they held leadership positions at TigerCat and Loft Digital. Jono Marcus has a diverse education history. In 2019, they participated in the "Emerging Leaders In A Digital Age" program at INSEAD. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management at Bayes Business School. Prior to that, they obtained an M.A. in Directing from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2003-2004. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Loughborough University, where they earned a First Class B.A. Hons degree in Drama from 2000 to 2003. Jono also has additional certifications in various areas such as leadership, product ownership, and professional development.
