Kamesh Ellajosyula has extensive experience in innovation, quality, and manufacturing roles in the food industry. Kamesh has held leadership positions at various companies, including ofi and Olam. At ofi, they served as President & Chief Innovation and Quality Officer, leading a global network of 15 innovation centers and overseeing the quality and food safety function for a supply chain of 110 manufacturing plants. At Olam, they held the role of Group Global Head of Innovation and Senior Vice President, overseeing manufacturing, innovation, and quality functions for the packaged food business. Kamesh has also held roles in R&D and management at Pepsico India Holdings (Frito Lay Division), Rich Products Corporation, and Rich Kwality Products Private Limited.
Kamesh Ellajosyula has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Agriculture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University. Kamesh also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science from Penn State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. In 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive DBA in Business Administration and Management from École des Ponts Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Understanding Research Methods from the University of London in 2021, and in Innovation for Powerful Outcomes from Swinburne University of Technology in 2016. Lastly, they have completed a course on Communicating Persuasively & Building Trust from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021.
