Laura Hennessy

Laura Hennessy is a seasoned professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Operations and Head of Operations at Ofload since February 2022. Previously, Laura held the position of Regional Manager at Coles from May 2020 to February 2022 and served as New Concept SMART Store Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets from December 2018 to May 2020. Prior roles include Area Manager for KFC South Pacific, HR Training Programmes Manager at KFC UK & Ireland, and Operations Compliance Specialist at KFC South Pacific. Laura's career began in 2010, encompassing various positions within restaurant management and compliance. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Wollongong, completed between 2010 and 2013.
