Roger Ortega

Roger Ortega is a seasoned engineering and quality management professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at OFS since May 2000, Roger led significant initiatives to enhance plant capacity and improve production efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Quality Assurance and Lean Manufacturing Manager, where Roger directed a team of 40 employees and implemented successful continuous improvement programs, achieving notable reductions in scrap and quality costs. Earlier in Roger's career, positions as Quality Assurance Manager, Materials Engineer, Polymer Process Engineer at Solutia, and Project Engineer at Monsanto provided a strong foundation in engineering principles and project implementation. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of West Georgia.
