Jonathan Baldry

Jonathan Baldry has worked at Ofwat as a Senior Associate Economist and is currently working as a Principal Economist starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ofgem as an Economist, where they led the development of a price regulation framework for heat networks and was responsible for developing a data collection approach. Jonathan also worked as an Economist in the Price Cap Implementation team, where they updated an economic model for the Default Tariff Cap. Before that, they were an Analyst at Ofgem, where they were responsible for the production and publication of key monitoring indicators and contributed to annual reports. Jonathan started their career at Ofgem as a Student Analyst.

Jonathan Baldry completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics at the University of Bath from 2014 to 2018. Jonathan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Economics at City, University of London, which they completed from 2019 to 2022.
