Daniel Charvill

Daniel Charvill currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at OFX, having joined in August 2020 to manage a diverse and complex global legal role. Prior to this position, Daniel was the Director of Legal at Western Union Business Solutions, where notable achievements included leading the legal aspects of the company’s cloud migration strategy with an emphasis on European regulations. Experience also includes working as Vice President Legal at MUFG Securities in the derivatives team, and as a Solicitor supporting the Risk Solutions Group at Barclays. Earlier in the career, Daniel gained extensive experience in Banking and Capital Markets as a Solicitor at Berwin Leighton Paisner, with a year-long secondment at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. Daniel began the professional journey as a Paralegal at Forsters after obtaining legal qualifications from BPP Law School and a Politics degree from the University of Birmingham.
