Kate Svoboda has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Kate is currently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer at OFX since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Genworth Australia from September 2016 to December 2020. Kate began their career as an HR Consultant at Alexander and Associates from June 1999 to January 2000 and as an Executive Officer at NSW Breast Cancer Institute from June 1997 to June 1999. Kate's earliest role was as the Manager of Speech Pathology Services at Westmead Hospital from June 1996 to December 1996.
Kate Svoboda has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from the University of New England (AU). Kate also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Speech Pathology) from The University of Queensland. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist at The University of Queensland from 1990 to 1993. Kate Svoboda has obtained certifications in Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion, as well as Unconscious Bias, from LinkedIn in 2021.
