Heather Schaff

Heather Schaff is a seasoned professional in community coordination and operations management with a robust background in market research and marketing strategies. Currently serving as Senior Community Coordinator at OGC Global since November 2023, Heather previously held the role of Operations Manager at MarketCast from June 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing complex data processing and market research operations for significant client contracts. Additional experience includes project management for field operations and marketing coordination with North Country THRIVE, along with various volunteer roles and internship experiences in nonprofit organizations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from SUNY New Paltz.
