Travis Arlitt, PSP, EVP

Travis Arlitt is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work history in project planning, construction planning, and operations management. Travis currently works at OGCS Global as a Project Planner, where they lead a team in creating integrated construction plans for a refinery reconstruction project. Travis is responsible for analyzing contractor plans, monitoring progress, and providing progress reports.

Prior to joining OGCS Global, Travis worked at Foresight Planning & Engineering Services, LLC as a Construction Planner. In this role, they conducted forensic analysis of claims for the State of Texas Department of Transportation, specifically analyzing schedules in a large-scale highway project claim.

Travis also has experience in the manufacturing industry. As the Operations Director and Owner of Maker Euro, they successfully built and managed a company manufacturing ready-to-assemble cabinetry. Travis utilized advanced production technologies and partnered with a lumber supply hardware company for specialized components.

Before entering the manufacturing industry, Travis worked at Chevron in various roles. As a Client Senior Planner, they provided planning and quantity progress measurement for LNG module fabrication projects in Malaysia and Indonesia. Travis also served as a Client Senior Planner for an offshore drilling rig project, overseeing integration planning, commissioning, and testing.

Additionally, Travis worked as a Client Senior Planner at Shell, where they coordinated schedule development and alignment for onshore field development projects. Travis implemented a field progress earned value system to track and communicate field development progress.

Earlier in their career, Travis was a Planner/Scheduler at URS Corporation, where they gained valuable experience in planning and scheduling.

Travis Arlitt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
