Michelle Avila Pontiff

Michelle Avila Pontiff currently serves as the Education Manager at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, a position held since January 2017. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as the Assistant Manager at Martine Chaisson Gallery from May 2017 to May 2018, and as a Grant Specialist with the Grand Isle Development Team from August 2010 to August 2012. Experience also includes serving as the Student Gallery Manager at Loyola University New Orleans from December 2008 to December 2010 and as a Teaching Artist at the Contemporary Arts Center from September 2008 to September 2010. Michelle Avila Pontiff holds a Master's degree in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Loyola University New Orleans.
