Katy Callor

Katy Callor currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership, Inc. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Katy was the Early Childhood Director at Kids On The Move from December 2017 to October 2019 and held the position of Senior Consultant/ECE Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton from October 2010 to December 2017, where responsibilities included providing technical assistance and training to Utah's Office of Head Start programs. Katy's career began as an Assistant Director at KinderCare from June 2000 to January 2007. Katy holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Early Childhood Education from Concordia University-Portland and has an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Utah State University Eastern.
