Michele Lee

Michele Lee, MA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Ogletree Deakins, a position held since December 2022. Prior experience includes leading Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging initiatives at Linksys from 2021 to 2022, where efforts focused on implementing best practices for talent attraction and retention. Michele also managed the Diversity and Inclusion Engagement team at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2017 to 2021, advising senior leadership on D&I strategies that align with business goals. Additional roles span various institutions including business development at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, diversity programming at Cal Poly Pomona, and facilitating intergroup dialogues at New York University. Michele holds a Master of Arts from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, and an Associate of Arts from Bard High School Early College.
