As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of 3RD EYE Consulting LLC since June 2016, Rachid specializes in business audits, employee training, and mystery shopping, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business operations. Additionally, Rachid established the Sow Family Foundation in August 2018 to support the homeless and underprivileged youth. Rachid also serves as a Realtor and Listing Specialist at One Elite Realty and owns SASHID Enterprises LLC, a freight delivery company operating nationwide. Furthermore, Rachid has been the owner of Worldwide Exchange LLC and involved in acting, producing, and stunt work at OH SO SMALL PRODUCTIONS LTD since 1994.
