Sheila Lirio Marcelo

Sheila Lirio Marcelo is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader. Sheila is the Founder and CEO of Ohai.ai, a technology startup utilizing AI to enhance the lives of families. Sheila founded Proof of Learn in 2021 and served as CEO. Prior to that, Sheila was the Founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of Care.com, a platform connecting caregivers with families. Sheila played a crucial role in expanding the company and building it into a global marketplace. In addition, Sheila worked as a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), a global venture capital firm. Sheila also gained experience as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Matrix Partners and served as the VP and General Manager at TheLadders.com. Sheila's career includes roles at Upromise, Monitor Group, Pyramid Research, and Putnam Hayes & Bartlett, where they honed their skills in product management, marketing, and consulting.

Sheila Lirio Marcelo attended Brent School Baguio from 1981 to 1989 for their high school education. Sheila then enrolled at Mount Holyoke College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Marcelo continued their education at Harvard Law School from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Sheila later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School from 1996 to 1998.
