Laura León Pérez

Laura León Pérez is an experienced aerospace professional with a strong background in systems engineering. Currently, Laura serves as the Lead System Engineer for the PLATO mission at OHB System AG, where responsibilities have included management and engineering roles since January 2019. Prior to this, Laura held senior engineering positions at GomSpace and worked as a Space Systems Engineer and Mission Manager at SOLARMEMS. Additionally, Laura's career includes a research role at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Space Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla.
