Stephan Roemer

Stephan Roemer is a seasoned professional in the aerospace sector, currently serving as BD Manager Satcom at OHB SE since March 2023, focusing on domain management for constellations within the OHB Group Business Development team. Roemer is also a Full Member of the International Academy of Astronautics and has held significant positions in business development, including Business Development Manager at Antwerp Space NV and Head of Project Development and Space Sales at Astro- und Feinwerktechnik. Previous roles include Head of System Assembly and Verification and Adjunct Professor at the University Center on Svalbard, as well as an Assistant Professor at TU Berlin, where contributions included satellite technology education and project management for various satellite systems. Roemer began their engineering career as a Design Engineer at Rolls Royce. Roemer holds a Dipl.Ing in Aerospace, specializing in Satellites and Rockets, from Technische Universität Berlin.
