Melanie Shapiro

Melanie Shapiro has over two decades of experience in the housing compliance and asset management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance & Training and previously as Director of Partner Services and Assistant Chief of Asset Management at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing since 2003, Melanie has built a robust career in this organization. Prior to their current role, Melanie was a Compliance Manager at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing from July 2000 to 2002 and at National Church Residences from 1998 to 2000. Earlier in the career, Melanie held multiple positions at National Church Residences from 1990 to 1997, including Asset Manager, Vice President of Housing Management, and Director of Operations. Melanie earned a Master of Arts in Public Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Music from Indiana University Bloomington.
