Joseph Wells

Joseph Wells is an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a GIS Administrator at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources since November 2021, Joseph previously held the role of GIS Database Administrator at the same department's Division of Geological Survey from August 1997 to November 2022. Responsibilities included database design, application development, and data conversion project planning. Joseph's career also includes a position as a Programmer Analyst at the City of Mesa from July 1995 to July 1997. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a concentration in GIS from West Virginia University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
