Kelly Gray East

Kelly Gray East, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Ohio Department of Youth Services since November 2021. Previously, Kelly held the position of Human Capital Management Administrator at the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services from August 2009 to November 2021, where responsibilities included planning and administering Human Capital Management programs for a large, decentralized state agency. Earlier in Kelly's career, positions included Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist at the Ohio Department of Mental Health/Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare from 1999 to 2009.
