Carlos Lugo

Carlos Lugo has extensive experience in architecture and design, currently serving as the Department Manager for Architecture Services at Ohio History Connection since June 2020. Previously, Carlos held various positions, including Senior Architect and Technical Preservation Services Manager at the State Historic Preservation Office. In addition to current roles, Carlos has worked in design and facilities consulting at CGLI Design since 2013. Prior experience includes Program Manager and Interior Design Project Manager at The Ohio State University from 2001 to 2020, and Project Architect - Interior Designer at DesignGroup from 1997 to 2001. Carlos holds a Master in Architecture from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
