Melisa Callahan

Melisa Callahan is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Surgical Nurse at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center since May 2014, specializing in orthopedic nursing. In addition, Melisa has been a Pediatric Nurse with the Olentangy School District since September 2012, focusing on promoting student well-being and managing health care interventions. Previous roles include a Communication Liaison at the Ohio Hospital Association and a Surgical Nurse at OhioHealth from April 2011 to February 2014, where proficiency in various surgical specialties was developed. Melisa began as a Registered Nurse at Avista Adventist Hospital from June 2001 to July 2010, supporting patients in surgical and labor and delivery settings.
