Adam Rice serves as the Asset Management Section Chief and Asset Manager at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since November 2018. In this role, Adam oversees financial aspects of the multifamily rental housing portfolio, including various programs such as LIHTC and HOME, while analyzing property financials to enhance project performance. Prior experience includes serving as a Grants Administrator at the Community Shelter Board, Project Manager/Planner at Community Development, and Development Project Manager at Community Housing Network, where Adam was instrumental in securing significant funding for housing projects. Adam also led tenant relocation efforts and performed compliance analysis as a Relocation Coordinator and Information Analyst at Community Housing Network. Adam holds a MA in Public Policy and an MCRP in City & Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, alongside a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Miami University.
