Carrie Richards Manno

Carrie Richards Manno is a seasoned professional in the field of economic development, currently serving as the Single Family Tax Credit Section Chief at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency since November 2023. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Deputy Chief at the Ohio Development Services Agency from December 2020 to November 2023. With extensive experience in tax incentives and business services, Carrie worked as a Business Services Coordinator at the Ohio Department of Development, Office of Grants and Tax Incentives from April 2011 to December 2020 and held roles such as Manager and Senior Tax Incentives Specialist in the Office of Tax Incentives earlier in their career. Carrie also served as Grants Coordinator for Delaware County from August 1996 to September 1999. Educational credentials include a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University at Buffalo.
