Billie Daugherty has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiter at Ohio Living since October 2014, responsible for recruiting across multiple community locations in northeast Ohio. Previously, Billie held the role of Director of Human Resources at Ohio Living's largest life plan community, overseeing a team of 450 and providing support to an additional 70 employees at Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice of Greater Cleveland. Additionally, Billie worked as an HR Generalist, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff development. Prior experience includes a role as a Front Office Assistant at MedExpress and as a Training Coordinator at Walmart, managing recruitment and training for over 300 employees. Billie Daugherty earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from PennWest Clarion in 2014.
