Sherman Lewis is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Pyramid Global Hospitality since September 2024, Sherman previously held the role of Director of Banquets and Events at C. Baldwin Hotel from January 2023 to September 2024, as well as the position of Banquet Manager at Blossom Hotel Houston for a brief period in early 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Catering and Sales Manager at Zinc Bistro, and as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at American Queen Voyages™ and Zocalo Mexican Restaurant. Sherman's career began as a Disability Assistant at Human Arc. Sherman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Washington University in St. Louis.
