Michelle King has a robust background in customer service within the flooring industry, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Ohio Valley Flooring since September 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle King worked at Gilford•Johnson Flooring for over 21 years, starting as a Customer Service Supervisor, where extensive experience was gained in managing customer inquiries and providing support.
