Amy Kaple

Amy Kaple has a diverse work experience spanning from 1987 to 2008. Amy served as a Production Planning Manager at PPG Industries, where they focused on scheduling, managing key performance indicators, and implementing lean manufacturing and supply chain management practices. Amy then moved on to become a Materials Manager at Kaiser Aluminum, where they were responsible for efficient material flow, inventory management, and meeting delivery objectives. Eventually, they joined Ohio Wesleyan University as an Associate Director of Admission and Financial Aid, where they counseled and advised students on financial aid eligibility, managed and reconciled grants, and provided personalized financial planning assistance.

Amy Kaple attended The Ohio State University from 1990 to 1992, studying Lean Manufacturing at the Fisher College of Business. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
