Doug Zipp

Doug Zipp has extensive experience in athletics administration, currently serving as the Director of Athletics at Ohio Wesleyan University since August 2017. Prior to this role, Doug held the Director of Athletics position at Shenandoah University from July 2012 to August 2017. Doug's career in athletics began at Kenyon College, where responsibilities included Associate Director of Athletics for Facilities & Operations, Special Assistant to the President/Dean of Students, and Dean of Residential Life from July 1996 to July 2012. Doug Zipp holds a Master of Science in Educational Administration from the University of Rochester (1989-1990) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Elmira College (1983-1987).
