Teresa Caulin-Glaser

SVP & Chief Clinical Officer at OhioHealth

Teri Caulin-Glaser, MD, serves as Chief Clinical Officer and Senior Vice President at OhioHealth. For 30 years, she’s served as a healthcare executive, cardiologist, educator and researcher.

In her current role, Dr. Caulin-Glaser leads the OhioHealth system strategy for clinical program development and delivery, including the OhioHealth Physician Group, OhioHealth hospitals, ambulatory centers and service lines. She is responsible for clinical strategy, growth, capital and facility expansion, program development, and transformational care redesign.

Dr. Caulin-Glaser received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency, chief residency, cardiovascular research and clinical fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital. She joined the faculty and served as Associate Professor of Medicine/Cardiology at Yale University School of Medicine prior to joining OhioHealth in 2002.

While at OhioHealth, Dr. Caulin-Glaser has served in multiple leadership roles within the Heart and Vascular service line. In 2017, she was appointed Senior Vice President, Service Lines, which includes Heart and Vascular, Neuroscience and Oncology. She has been the recipient of a NIH-independent investigator award, primary investigator on several NIH-sponsored clinical trials, authored several medical text chapters, has published over 100 peer reviewed papers and abstracts and co-authored a book titled “The Woman’s Heart: An Owner’s Guide” directed to women of all ages.

Dr. Caulin-Glaser is a fellow in the American College of Cardiology and in the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. She’s also a member of the OhioHealth Research Institute Board.
