Catherine Budzynski

Catherine A. Budzynski is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics & Integrity Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Ohmium since April 2022. In addition to this role, Catherine is a Board Member at NovoHydrogen and a Member of Chief, a network supporting women in executive leadership. Catherine is also a Charter Member of TechGC, which fosters knowledge sharing among General Counsels, and a Founding Member of The Fourth Effect, a community aimed at empowering women leaders and startup founders. As a Board Member of United Way since January 2017, Catherine has been involved in several key committees. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Aflac, where Catherine served in various legal capacities, and positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Catherine's educational background includes a JD from Boston University School of Law, an Executive MBA from Auburn University, and a BA in International Relations and French Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by studies at Sciences Po in Paris.
